Victoria Chapter

The Haley Singer Memorial Scholarship honors the life of Haley Singer. Haley received both a bachelors and a masters degree in the field of speech-language pathology from Texas Tech University. Education was something Haley never took for granted and worked hard for her goals and always believed that education was the key to success. She loved her profession, and even more the ability to help others; which is why we provide a scholarship to students in order to continue her legacy of helping others. The Haley Singer Memorial Scholarship is a one time gift of a minimum of $3,000 for incoming freshman from the Counties of Victoria, Jackson, Lavaca, Dewitt, Goliad, Refugio, and Calhoun or to Victoria College transfer student(s) accepted to Texas Tech University.
